Hosted isn't new to us; we've been selling VoIP since 2015, and we're good at it — we came up through both technology and traditional telecoms, so we understand the whole thing end to end. That means we can tell you straight which type of system actually suits your business, rather than selling you the one we'd rather fit.

Plenty of phone companies bolt on IT as an afterthought, and plenty of IT firms resell phones they can't really support. We do both properly, and it's all looked after in-house by our own engineers — so when something needs sorting, you talk to the people who set it up.

Why do you have two different solutions for your phone systems?

No two customers have the same needs; while both systems offer very similar functions, the way that they configure and price are very different. Cobalt Cloud works on a simple "per user per month" model, so it is great for businesses up to 30 users. The Cobalt 3CX hosted on AWS is a great and cost-effective solution for over 30 users, as it licenses "per simultaneous call" (great for Schools, hotels, and larger businesses).

Do you support the systems you sell?

Yes — it's all supported in-house by our own engineers. We're a real IT and communications provider, not a phone reseller, so when something needs sorting you talk to the people who set it up.
