Awards are two a penny these days but one look at the finalists confirms that the CNA awards truly are the cream of the comms industry. It’s not driven by ad revenue or an ‘old network’, these awards recognise the best businesses in the UK and we, once again, are one of them.

We’re now the proud owners of the 2022 sustainability award, which in our industry is no mean feat.

Energy goes hand in hand with what we do and while this may seem like an obstacle, we have managed to offset our carbon output without compromising our service and this award is a recognition of our achievement – carbon neutral no less.

Hosted by televisual personality Jeremy Vine, the event at the Hilton Park Lane was attended by over 500 of the great and the good from the comms industry and boy, do they know how to party…

The event was especially poignant as the second-generation, Alec Dunstan and Steph Taylor, following in their fathers’ footsteps took their bow on the big stage with aplomb.

For Jim and Ian, this was a landmark moment but the party atmosphere was set by pocket rocket, project manager Hannah Swanston who certainly showed how Devon can rock the capital!

On receiving the award, Sales Director Jim Taylor, said; “We are thrilled and honoured to have received this award which is a testament to all the hard work that everyone at Cobalt has put into making our business more sustainable. This is very important to us as a business and as individuals and we will continue to strive towards further improvements.

We are constantly looking for ways to improve our use of technology, and winning this award motivates us to keep pushing ourselves to innovate. We want to thank the CNA for this honour, and we promise to continue using technology that has a positive impact on both our business and our planet.”

Our sincere thanks go to our team, customers, and suppliers.

Here’s to a hat trick in 2023!
