Everything a new restaurant needs to open, from one supplier
Outlaw House is a new restaurant in Canford Cliffs. Opening from scratch meant the internet, the Wi-Fi, the phones and the energy supply all had to be right on day one. We put in all four.
The challenge
What Outlaw House needed
A restaurant runs on its connection: the tills and the booking system both depend on it. Outlaw House needed internet and Wi-Fi in place before the doors opened, alongside phones for the building.
They also needed an energy supply. For a brand-new business with no trading history, that is hard to price well.

What we did
Our approach
Connected from day one
We installed the internet connection and put in Wi-Fi access points across the restaurant, with separate networks for the hospitality side, for staff and for the restaurant's own technology. We worked with their EPOS provider to make sure everything ran properly together.
Energy for a business with no track record
Using our own systems, we planned their likely usage, took it out to the market and secured a really good price, even though they had no trading history to show. For a new restaurant, that made a big difference.
Phones, and a receptionist that never misses a booking
We installed the phones in the building. We also built them an AI receptionist with a natural voice. It takes bookings through their booking system and answers questions about opening hours, the menu and the food.
The result
Where it left them
In Sal's words, the installation and setup "were all handled brilliantly". He says the support since opening has impressed him just as much, with the team checking in regularly to make sure everything is working as it should.
“We haven’t had a single issue with any of their work, but that hasn’t stopped the team from checking in regularly to make sure everything is working as it should.”
