The Challenge :
WNW have had the same telephone number for almost 20 years, and a relocation to a larger office in the centre of Exeter would result in a change to this. It was vital to them that they retained their number and got their new office up and running, without any disruption to service.
Our Solution :
We moved them across to Cobalt Cloud, which not only allowed them to retain their old number, but also publish a brand new city based telephone number; giving them the best of both worlds.
A Little Extra :
Since installing the system they have already started to expand, and the ability to quickly add additional extensions has offered them a huge benefit over their previous system.
